Business owners typically complete it in 20 to 30 minutes, though some take a little longer. It covers every stage of your customer journey in detail, from first enquiry through to job completion. That thoroughness is what makes the final report or plan as useful and as specific to your business as it can possibly be.
How do I pay?
The Playbook is purchased directly online. You receive a payment link, and the PDF is delivered to your inbox automatically. The Audit and Blueprint are invoiced by PayPal once we have confirmed the right service for your business.
