Sweet Sour Sauce is a boutique consultancy specialising in consumer psychology for service businesses.
We exist because most service businesses invest heavily in the quality of what they do — and almost nothing in how they present it. The gap between a well-run business and a well-performing one is often not the service itself. It’s the menu.
